• Loan Estimate & Closing Disclosure

Annual Fundraiser-Surprise Bottle Raffle:

Our November meeting is also Associate Appreciation Night. We want to not only thank our Associates for all their support; we want to give our generous Associates a break, as they make our raffles possible at every meeting throughout the year.  We ask that our non-Associate members (that means the rest of you) bring a wrapped bottle which complies with the following rules:

Three categories: $0-$25 $25-$50 $50-$100 Be sure to wrap or box your bottle. Be sure to write the price category (#1 or #2 or #3) on the bottom of the box or the wrapping so it is visible. Bottle type ideas:  Booze, Bubble Bath, Olive Oil, Wine, Candy, Make your own, Bottle with Cash in it, Hot Sauce, Soda, etc. Get creative - and help OCEA raise $$$$! Bring your wallets and start your shopping early!
